The Theotokis family mansion in Corfu is a monument of unmatched historical and aesthetic value. For its restoration Zege architects employed specific materials and techniques that would revive its grandeur and preserve its character unchanged, such as special plasters and materials coming from old buildings in Italy. The same logic was applied to the redesign of the interior, resulting in a vacation residence with modern specifications. The old shipyard has for example been transformed into elegant reception halls and a kitchen.
